1. For conventional claims, we will make a decision within 5 working days from our receipt of complete claims application materials from you or the beneficiary;

2. For claims with complicated situations, we will make a decision within 30 days from our receipt of complete claims application materials from you or the beneficiary;

3. For claims that fall within our insurance liability, we will pay an overdue fine starting from the 31st day should we fail to give you a decision within 30 days from the date upon which we agree to handle your application (not including the time needed for you or the beneficiary to submit supplementary materials). The said payment shall be calculated at an annual rate of 5%, and be made along with the claims payment;

4. For claims with incomplete proof documents or materials, we will give a one-time notice to you or the beneficiary to supplement the missing documents or materials;

5. For claims that fall within our insurance liability, we will fulfill our compensation or insurance benefit payment obligations within 10 days from we reach a compensation or insurance benefit payment agreement with you or the beneficiary;

6. For claims that do not fall within our insurance liability, we will issue a notice of refusal to pay compensation or insurance benefits to you or the beneficiary within 3 days from the date upon which we make the decision, and state the reasons for it;

If it is not possible to specify the amount of compensation or insurance benefits within 60 days from our receipt of a request for payment of compensation or insurance benefits as well as the relevant proof documents and application materials, we will make advance payment of the amount that can be determined based on the existing proof documents and application materials. After the exact amount of compensation or insurance benefits is finally determined, we will pay the corresponding difference;
